Privacy Policy

This website is a private wedding photo album run by Teki & Beća ("we"). Guests can use it to view photos and videos from our wedding and to upload their own. This policy explains what data the site handles and how.

What we collect

• Photos and videos you upload, including their file names and any metadata embedded in the files (for example, the date taken, camera model, or location, if your device recorded it).
• Technical request data, such as IP addresses and browser information, which our hosting provider may record in standard server logs.

We do not ask you to create an account or sign in. We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. The only cookie we set remembers the language you choose.

How we use it

Uploaded photos and videos are stored in a Google Drive folder owned by us and shown in the gallery on this site, where anyone with the link can view and download them. We use them only to share memories of our wedding with our guests. We do not sell them or share them with anyone else.

Google user data

This site uses the Google Drive API to access a single Google account: our own. The site acts only on the one folder that holds the wedding album. It lists the files in that folder, shows them in the gallery, and adds guests' uploads to it. It does not access any other files in the account, and it does not access guests' Google accounts.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is not used for advertising, is not sold, and is not used to train AI or machine-learning models.

Storage and retention

Files are stored in Google Drive and are covered by Google's Privacy Policy. We keep them for as long as we keep the wedding album, and we may delete the album at any time.

Removing your photos

If you want a photo or video removed, whether you uploaded it or you appear in it, email us at tekibeca@gmail.com and we will delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update it on this page and change the date above.
